This web server utilizes tDRnamer 1.2

The following example files are provided to demonstrate the function of tDRnamer. For more information regarding the usage and the tDR naming system, please review the User Guide.

Standalone version

For large dataset or annotating tRNA-derived RNAs directly with small RNA-seq data, please check out the downloadable version of tDRnamer at our GitHub repository and the User Guide for details.

Queries are limited to a total of 1000 sequences with default search mode and 100 sequences with maximum sensitivity search mode at any one time.
This web server is designed to analyze sub-tRNA sized RNAs with the length between 15nt and 70nt. To analyze tDRs that are outside this range, please check out the downloadable version of tDRnamer.
